Please find the details as under: Role: Talent Acquisition Lead/ Sr. Lead - IT Product Hiring Qualification : BE/BTech/MBA Experience : 8-12 Years Location : Noida Reporting to: Sr. Manager - HR Key Responsibilities : - - Working on Talent Strategy Design, Planning, Acquisition, Headcount Budgeting and Forecasting - Building overall talent strategy including determining number, skills and experience of people to be inducted into the company in order to meet the planned requirement and improve overall productivity of the teams - Owning end-to-end recruitment process. - Supporting line of business recruitment strategies aligned to annual business goals (diversity, digital, etc.) - Translating business directions into actionable hiring needs, advising on risk and working closely with leadership team on the design and development of recruiting focus areas to deliver against business commitments - Liaising with Internal Stakeholders - Handling the vendor management process, set the deadlines/ SLA's to all the vendors/monitoring their performance on quarterly basis - Ensuring that all aspects of recruitment and selection process are adhered to including, cost, effective sourcing and screening methods, interviewing protocol, assessment, background checks and offers Key Factors: - Min of 4 to 6 years experience in talent acquisition with a reputed IT Product Company. - Prior experience of handling a team(min 2-3). - Very good interpersonal skills with strong track record of success. - Expert in networking and talent mapping skills across industry and geographical regions - Strong experience in talent mapping, networking and hiring for niche skills in technology etc.
