Location: Bangalore (FP&A) Position: Lead/Sr. Lead Working Days/Time: Monday - Friday/EMEA shift Reporting: Manager (SDM) MANDATORY ASK: 3+ YRS WORK EXPERIENCE POST CA INTER-CMA-CA QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE IN FP&A / OPEN TO INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL / OPEN TO WORKING UK SHIFTS (3PM-11.45PM). RESPONSIBILITIES: - The responsibilities will include providing financial insights and projections to the accounting team. - Provide reliable data and analysis to be used in decision-making and planning. - Prepare accurate monthly financial reports, assist in the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made. - Provide FP&A finance support to the accounting teams related to productivity, demand planning, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner. - Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions. - Partner directly with the finance team and central FP&A groups to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews. - Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights. - Work on corporate projects and initiatives that might impact the entire organization. - Must be able to work on various other Finance functions not exclusively listed here. OTHER SKILLS: - Leadership skills and ability to work with various teams; should be able to forge meaningful and well-established relationships with various stakeholders. - Must possess analytical skills. Responsible for advanced problem solving and must filter, prioritize, analyze and validate information. - Must analyze and resolve issues in a variety of complex situations and diverse activities. INTERPERSONAL & LEADERSHIP SKILLS: - Must be able to work with the Onshore team to understand and transition various processes. - Must have good communication skills. - Must be able to set up and manage a team. QUALIFICATIONS & KNOWLEDGE: - Qualified Chartered Accountant. - Bachelor's degree and around 4-7 years of post-qualification experience finance or accounting or a related area. - General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles. - Experience developing financial reports and metrics. - Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels. - Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
