Lead/Senior Lead - Compensation & benifit - IT/ITeS (4-8 yrs)
Looking for Premier institute pass out MBA graduates experience in Comp & Ben structure, framework, policies.
Responsibilities :
- Design compensation structures, allowances, salary ranges, long & short term incentive programs across group entities
- Design and deployment of various compensation programs to drive organizational performance through world-class practices of governance and employee experience
- Large change/program management including those that affect the larger organization and drive business value
- Budgeting, financial impact analysis and scenario planning to evaluate optimal solutions and implementation plans
- Lead key / strategic initiatives within the Practice
- Independently resolve escalated compensation issues and recommend optimal solutions for issues with high complexity.
- Ensure optimal utilization of compensation program budgets.
- Own digitization initiatives to improve program implementation and ease administration.
- Develop and report metrics related to the effectiveness of managed compensation programs/processes.
- Refine market intelligence data to periodically benchmark compensation programs/processes in scope and recommend enhancements to improve their competitiveness.
- Engage with internal stakeholders and user groups to solicit actionable feedback on programs and recommend design improvements.
- Develop targeted education programs and communication material on compensation offerings. Leverage domain experience to advise and guide team colleagues with lesser experience.
