JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Title : Website Functional Manager and SEO Lead

Band/ Grade : 2A/2B

Reporting To : National Manager - Digital

Department : Digital Vertical

Locations hiring for : Gurgaon

State : Haryana

Responsibilities for the job :

- Creates custom strategies to get our brand content ranking high on search engine result pages (SERPs), with the aim is to gain organic traffic that can help brands attract more visitors, leads, and conversions

- They must have generated leads using SEO and ASO in a FinTech

- They must have experience in building and managing a website from a functional perspective which includes website feature identification, writing functional documentation, UAT of the feature and helping in Go-LIVE

- They will be responsible for creation of models for growth through SEO and ASO and also be responsible for execution and delivery of the plan

- They will be responsible for leading a team of analysts

- Manage specialized SEO Agency and Content Agency and monitor their performance and ensure delivery as per targets set

- The candidate must be well experienced in all topics related to SEO like technical SEO for website, on-page content marketing and off-page content marketing, and similarly have experience on on-page and off-page ASO

- Responsible for all SEO related content pieces that will be be published on the website and off - website for SEO purposes

Eligibility Criteria for the Job:

Education : B.Tech, MBA (preferred)

Age : Between 32- 40 years

Work Experience : Between 10-15 years

Primary Skill :

- Search Engine Optimization

- App Store Optimization

- Website management

Technical Skills :

- Keyword research using Ahref / Semrush

- Google Tools - GA , GSC, G4 etc

- On-page SEO, link building, HTML +CSS, Technical SEO (website audit), Mobile SEO, Local SEO

- Competitor SEO Analysis

- MS-Excel

- Analytics

Management Skills : Collaboration with internal stakeholders for timely execution of website related projects

Soft Skills : Content writing and editing skills in English and Hindi
