- We're looking to hire 'Head of SEO' to lead the entire lead-gen funnel for organic leads. This is a high-growth role and the candidate would get access to great resources to build and scale the SEO function. It would be a great fit for people who believe in exponential growth and doing numerous experiments.

Responsibilities:

- Lead all SEO activities: Keyword research, Content calendar planning, On-page optimization and Off-page SEO

- Manage hiring, retention and growth of the complete SEO team

- Work with developer to resolve all technical SEO issues

- Measure & improve content-related user metrics (visitors, sessions, leads etc.)

- Run numerous experiments around content creation and improving content ranking on google

- Analyze content/SEO strategy of competitors to identify new opportunities

Requirements:

- 3 to 8 years of experience as SEO Manager / SEO Head

- Proven experience of rapidly scaling up website traffic.

- Experience of leading SEO of a website with 100k+ monthly visitors would be a plus

- Hands-on knowledge of SEO & analytics tools ; Ahrefs, google analytics, search console, semrush etc.

- Deep understanding of google algorithms and latest search engine updates

- Strong understanding of content-related metrics

- Experience of working closely with content teams to define content structure, owning
