Purpose of the Job: Digital enablement team is responsible for developing products and services which enables schools to establish their 100% complete digital presence. A key work stream in this endeavor is to empower LEAD Powered schools to establish and maintain their own online presence, so that relevant audiences (parents and students) can find and reach them, eventually leading to admissions for their children. Content marketing specialist plays a vital role in this structure. The key focus areas are(but not limited to): - Develop compelling content for all marketing activities as per guidelines - Manage on-page SEO for school listing pages for better search listing - Optimize content constantly to better content performance metrics Principal Accountabilities: - Develop compelling content for all marketing activities as per guidelines: Write and develop content for all paid marketing and referral ads and campaign landing pages. - Work with designers to develop ad creatives for all forms (paid, referral, noti, WA etc.) - Create compelling content for drip / nurture campaigns on WA, chatbots, email, SMS, browser push etc. - Work with existing teams leverage content generated via various marquee events and repurpose for acquiring users - Manage on-page SEO for school listing pages for better search listing. - Identify and manage keywords on key school listing pages and perform keyword research to suggest region / location specific pages to be made to assist SERP listing - Identify areas to leverage relevant content seeding opportunities - Optimize content constantly to better content performance metrics - Responsible for organic traffic and leads contribution - Responsible for CTRs of all communication, landing page conversions rates. Work Qualifications: Must: - 3-5yrs exp in content marketing for online business (OTAs, ecommerce, education, food aggregators etc.) Should: - Hands on experience on writing ads / copies for Google Ads, FB ads, email, WA messages, SMS - Analytical and data driven approach proven ability to manage the business by the numbers - Impeccable attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience in working with online tools like Canva is a plus - Ability to work within a team and independently Nice: - Experience in the EdTech Industry
