Responsibilities - 1. Drive governance on critical human resource metrics such as retention, engagement & cost for a fast paced business. 2. Operate independently & ensure employee satisfaction & development of the team be leading, training, mentoring, HR initiatives and best Practices. 3. Directly interact with the customer and you should have phenomenal Stakeholder Management skills 4. Lead the way in implementing change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition and policies 5. Responsible for HR operations, Employee Relations and Business HR teams. Understand the business and its challenges to help address the organization and peoples' ask 6. Deliver short-term solutions while also solving for long-term problems by addressing immediate challenges and underlying causes 7. Own/drive HR policies and directives and ensure smooth implementation across the firm. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in a HRBP role Qualifications: 1. Education: MBA from T1 Institute (Batch 14-15) 2. Demonstrated competence in the various HR functional areas, especially employee relations employee engagement and change management 3. Comfortable and thrive in an ambiguous, high growth, fast paced environment 4. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills 5. Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward
