- LEAD School as a startup has covered the journey of 0 to 1. Now we are in the phase of 1 to 100. We are focusing on building Capability in Talent Acquisition function.
- The person will be responsible to scale the TA function from process and competency perspective to ensure that TA team will be able to support the growth LEAD School is poised at.
- This person will play the role of Program Management across all pillars of TA.
- The role involves working on themes like Employer Branding, Capability Building, Developer Ecosystem, Social Media, Alternate sourcing channels, Culture Building besides other new paradigm shifting concepts in TA function.
1.The right candidate should have TA experience plus flair to question the status quo.
2. Should come up with new ideas, bringing in best practices, always looking to upgrade the function.
3. Should have 5-10 yrs of exp from premier B Schools - XLRI/TISS/SIBM/IIMS;
4. Good on Analytics
5. If you have a creative + marketing side, it will be an added bonus as this role requires creative work on Employer Branding side
