Purpose of the Job :

- The Senior Manager-Accounts Receivable Operation for revenue cycle services would be responsible for high quality and profitable services delivery to our customers. He/She will be responsible for driving best practices, innovation, knowledge management and learning across the teams led by the individual.

- This is a position of elevated responsibility, which is primarily responsible for managing collections target and will also be looked upon to guide and partially manage the overall provision of Accounts Receivable Operation. We are looking for a person who is passionate about working in a growth-oriented organization and find the idea of taking excellent education to these communities inspiring and worth spending time on.

Principal Accountabilities :

- Responsible to effectively lead the AR function of large customer base with variety of billing and collection models

- Implementing order release processes/SOPs to smoothly handle the current and new billing arrangements while ensuring adherence to finance and tax policies

- Being custodian of the risk control matrix for O2C process and ensuring adherence to the controls from operation control perspective

- Working closely with the Commercial Team in forming robust processes and new arrangements to drive timely billing and collection

- Building strong AR operations for high quality resultants with faster TAT and complete accuracy

- Introducing best practices and enabling the function to manage rapid scale-ups

- Ensuring no operation leakage and required checks to avoid any exposure

- Driving automation for increased efficiency/scale up

Work Qualifications :

Must :

- 10 years+ experience in AR (with minimum 5+ years as Receivable Operation Lead)

- Must be well versed with Digital F&A technologies and ERPs (Preferably SAP)

- Strong experience in handling team with high motivation

- Strong understanding of receivable function of large enterprise

- Receivable lead in -Large Organization

Should :

- Capability to deliver in fast growing setup and challenges

- Impressive interpersonal skills for cross functional exposure and projects

- Working knowledge of any data base preferred

- Capability to deliver in fast growing setup and challenges.
