Responsibilities: - Support Chief of Staff and founders in conducting effective org wide reviews (Business review meeting) and tracking execution status of key projects - Support Chief of Staff in maintaining strong org scorecards / data dashboards - Ensure timely follow through and ensuring execution of key decisions taken by leadership - Facilitating org wide townhalls / founder led sessions Requirements: - 2-3 years of experience in project management or founders office roles post MBA or 4-5 years after a strong under-grad - Experience working with senior leadership team / CXOs Qualifications:&nbsp; - MBA / Masters from Tier 1 Institute or strong undergrad from Tier 1 Institutes (IIT, BITS, DU) - Good to have - Specialization in Project management Skills and attributes: - Highly organized and efficient - Strong problem solving and communication abilities - Strong interpersonal skills - Courage and ability to hold people accountable including senior leadership - Ability to handle multiple initiatives / projects at the same time Location: Mumbai
