Vice President of Growth - LEAD is a tech-driven learning system that transforms schools and education. LEAD currently serves 2000+ schools and 8L students in these schools. - The Vice President of Growth This is an important strategic area of growth for LEAD and we are looking for a leader with prior experience and undoubted success in building growth engines over existing user bases. Responsibilities: - Acquisition GTM (in B2B space in EdTech) - Retention and driving subscription strategy (of app users) - Leveraging available content to engage with users across the funnel - Managing growth team, internal stakeholders, and partner / agencies for execution - Owning all aspects of marketing automation tools, platforms and processes to smooth and effective execution Requirements: - 10+ years of experience in digital marketing space - High rate of success acquisition, retention, and demand - MBA from Tier 1 institutions - Contributions to the Education industry desirable - Experience in working with Digital marketing tools, platforms and agencies - Good understanding of of online programmatic campaigns - Ability to navigate in a startup environment and work cross functional teams - Contributions to the Education industry desirable Mandate Experience on : A. Performance marketing across channels B. Retention and engagement on own product (app), driving subscription revenue from users via app product etc. Skills and attributes: - Very strong strategic thinking and problem-solving ability - Strong bias to action - Proven ability to meet deadlines in high-paced work environment - Proficient with multiple technologies - Leadership skills to independently source and hire Location - Mumbai
