Lead - SAP Services - Consulting Firm

The incumbent will serve as the strategic interface with assigned functional areas Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, and Innovation for the purpose of business technology strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management.

- Project Planning, Delivery & Risk Management

- Responsible for planning and control of SAP projects

- Accountable for various phases of SAP implementation and functions right from requirement mapping, application development, testing till post implementation support

- Manage Market interdependencies, issues, risks and scope before escalation to the Project Steering Committee

- Sign off acceptance for Business and IT support to transition from Project to Operational Steady state

- Operate as the key business contact representing IT in promoting key IS services and capabilities in the areas of SAP - O2C.P2P, Production Planning, Record to Report, Supply Planning and Business Reporting

-Enhance productivity, efficiency and customer-centricity by implementing New Age digital / technology solutions

- Accountable for Operation excellence for seamless business process execution in SAP & Supply Planning with agreed SLA's

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:

- B.Tech & MBA from premier Institutes with 10 to 15 years of experience as a senior level

- Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering high profile, SAP related projects.

- Have managed teams of people, Vendor Management and can demonstrate People Management Skills

- Understanding of IT Infrastructure, data bases, interfaces, SAP ABAP

- Strong functional experience of SAP modules in O2C, P2P, FICO, and Supply Chain Management

- Experience of rolling out template-based SAP and Supply Planning solutions for global markets - US, Singapore, Vietnam, UK etc.
