- Having good knowledge of H2R Process. Having Good Knowledge of S4Hana.

- Hands On HCM Positive Management H2R Lead detailed Tasks

- Good knowledge of S4Hana

- Having Good knowledge (HCM Core,PA) 

- Having Good Knowledge of Positive time

- Integration HR Module with other modules O2C modules, R2R, L2O, S2P

- Maintaining good relationship with client .

- Understanding the Customer requirement and providing Based on the requirement.

- Conducting Workshops and taking active part in testing.

Skills : H2R Lead - HCM Time sheets, Positive Time Mgmt, S4Hana, customer relationship etc.
