Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and implement the sales training strategy for all sales verticals
- Conduct timely and extensive training needs analysis exercise with business stakeholders
- Drive induction and onboarding of new front line sales employees
- Design and deliver refresher programs for existing employees
- Design and implement the Sales Management process
- Design, deliver and drive interventions for sales effectiveness
- Drive role-based certifications for employees
- Manage compliance and mandatory training requirements as per the regulatory guidelines from time to time
- Design and implement mobile based, byte sized learning interventions for employees
- Conduct train the trainer as per requirements
Qualifications:
Postgraduate, with relevant certifications in the field of Learning & Development
Experience:
- 12 to 14 years of experience of which maximum experience to be in Sales Training roles
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills

- Good team management skills
- Content development skills - well versed with new content creation platforms
- Good facilitation skills
- Selling skills and sales management experience
