Experience and skills you need in this role:
- Sales Expertise: Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the SAAS or software industry. Experience in selling subscription-based solutions is a strong advantage.
- Consultative Approach: Ability to understand customer pain points and present tailored solutions that align with their needs.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills. Confidence in leading discussions towards successful outcomes.
- Tech-Savviness: Comfortable with technology and software platforms. Ability to quickly learn and demonstrate the features of our SAAS product.
- Relationship Building: A natural connector with a knack for building rapport and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
- Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously.
