Lead - Sales - Retail Finance & Insurance Business (13-17 yrs)
Position : Lead-Retail Finance and Insurance Business
Location: Delhi/NCR
Reports to : NSH
Role & Responsibility :
1. Manage Insurance & Finance Vertical for Retail Sales
2. Interaction & relationship handling with all Insurance & Finance Partners & Broker
3. Directing, Review & analyse the business performance of Insurance, Finance and Dealer partners
4. Ensuring overall growth and profitability and adherence to policies and procedures.
5. Field Sales Team Support
6. Dealer Business Management system
7. Lead the team
Desired Skills :
- MBA/BE+MBA with minimum 13-15 years' experience of Strategic handling of Insurance & Finance business in an Auto OEM/ Finance/Insurance Principal company. Should have spent minimum 3- 5 years as Head / Deputy Head of Finance and or Insurance,
- Experience in setting up Dealer Management System, online claim management, compliance management is preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English, strong & pleasing personality, strong analytical skills, should have handled large teams and data
- Persuasive, Strong character & Self Motivated
