As a Sales Lead, you will drive customer acquisition in new markets, pioneer financial products for businesses and develop a growth strategy. The role requires a strong sales background, problem- solving skills, analytical thinking, persistence and an interest in engaging with new business customers.
Role Responsibilities:
- Drive sales by leading and motivating the team to improve performance and achieving targets Q/Q
- Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets
- Develop and promote monthly and quarterly sales objectives
- Prospect potential clients using various direct methods, networking, research and cultivate lasting relationships with clients to grow customer loyalty
- Address complicated customer queries around Trade Finance and related products
Requirements:
- Track record of exceptional sales leadership and sales experience of 10-12 years
- Experience in managing a team of Senior Business Development Managers
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
- An existing network of exporters is a huge advantage
- Capacity to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines
