Responsibilities:
1. Work towards solving the core problems of marketplace business - seller acquisition, onboarding, seller engagement, seller fulfilment
2. Work towards providing a end to end happy seller experience across all aspects of his business
3. Own the topline, bottomline, operational and strategic goals for the 2000cr+ marketplace share of business
4. Lead seller acquisition, onboarding and seller relationship management
5. Grow selection/ product portfolio across categories
6. Responsible for implementation of key strategic initiatives across the marketplace
7. Define metrics and KPIs to monitor performance, set goals
8. Responsible for overall functioning of the marketplace including the operational and financial outcomes
