Lead - Sales HR Business Partner - EdTech - IMI/IIM/IMT/MDI (5-9 yrs)
We are executing an interesting assignment of Lead Sales HRBP with one of the largest EdTech company in India.
The locations would be - Lucknow, Chandigarh and Jaipur.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travelling across the region and meeting sales and regional employees on a regular basis.
- Employee grievance and query management.
- Implementing the employee engagement plan.
- Support the team in the implementation and execution of company rules and policies.
- Attrition management through various interventions.
Candidate Profile
Specifically, the candidate should have:
- MBA/PGDM from Tier-1 B-School in HR or equivalent field like IMT, IIM, MDI, IMI etc.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner for at least 4 years from Consumer internet, Telecom, Banks, Insurance and Shared Services background would be preferred.
- Excellent people management and communication skills.
