Job Responsibilities -
- Design and implement plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales objectives
- Prepares forecasts analysis and KPI for the senior management, for use in organizational planning, financial modeling, budgeting and strategic planning.
- Evangelize the product and personally help close largest deals
- Work collaboratively across teams - sales/non sales
- Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
- Develop and drive the team
Mandatory Requirement:
- 15+ years work experience in corporate/Industrial/ Institutional/OEM/Project/Defence/Government/B2B/Export sales of engineering products/solutions
- Diploma/BE/BTech in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Aviation/Production/Civil Engineering
