Job Role: A successful candidate will be expected to think and act both strategically and tactically: from creation to execution. He or she will lead both business development and B2B sales. The ideal candidate will exhibit a strategic mindset focusing on long-term benefits for our partners, strong analytical as well as interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative climate. Roles &amp; Responsibilities: - Understanding services offered by SpeakIn and be able to articulate its functions to external audience - Identifying valuable clients for SpeakIn Services - Own and manage client portfolios and ensure timely deliverables - Prospect, develop and acquire new accounts - Nurture and expand in existing accounts - Build, maintain and convert pipeline - Meet core KPI's around pipeline coverage progression, forecast, meetings and general activity - Identify and pursue opportunities, prioritise accounts, handle objections and evaluate campaign effectiveness - Establish quarterly and annual sales objectives - Prepare proposals and quotes for prospective customers and provide them with information regarding terms of sales and deliverables Requirements: - Excellent English communication skills - 5+ years of sales experience (Academic background and International sales) - B2B sales (preferably to CHROs and Marketing Heads) - Key skills: Outbound sales/ Inbound sales/ Closure/ Relationship Management - Well-connected within the local market, especially in HR and Education industry
