Lead - Sales & Distribution - Real Estate (6-12 yrs)
We are an organisation that is developing an innovative technology-based Real Estate distribution platform.
- Responsible for overall sales strategy, execution and target achievement
- Build organisational effectiveness in direct sales and investor relationship management
- Leading & executing the channel sales strategy with Distributors, IFAs, Banks, etc.
- Work closely with the Property Management team on new product ideas, as well as product strategies in existing products in order to help sales efforts.
- Hire and develop a Channel Sales and Relationship Management team
- Driving core business results through the sales team & strategic partnerships
- Maximizing the performance of channel partners by developing & launching effective distributor programs (including incentives, training & support) in order to drive incremental business.
- Established streamlined systems, technologies, & processes to maximize efficiency & productivity of the sales team.
