About Role :

- Actively expanding the Exchange's business with UHNI.

- Implementing sales process, abiding market purity.

- Growing the book / key accounts

- Cross selling of the in house product and services.

- Team governance and ensuring frictionless desk operations with limited resources

- Developing the Exchange's digital assets offering close collaboration with business, legal, operations and trusted external partners.

Ambitious professional with a Bachelor degree in Banking or Blockchain Finance or equivalent education

- At least 7-8 years of relevant experience in the sector

- Willing to work in a small team and take ownership and leadership

- Fluency in English and Hindi

- Pro-active approach/Self-Starter

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in this fast growing market

- Passion for digital assets, specifically as a new asset class

Nice to have :

- Solid Understanding of Blockchain Digital Assets, Currencies and Crypto

- Robust Process understanding the content and technical IT perspective

- Previous experience working with core banking systems (such as FinStar)
