Lead - Sales & Channel Management - Real Estate (10-12 yrs)
We are a fractional ownership platform in real estate and are looking for a dynamic Sales and Channel Management Lead for our operations in Bangalore.
Key responsibilities in summary are,
Channel Development :
- Build and Manage the complete channel partner network; devising strategies for the achievement of sales target
- Design and implement a channel incentive policy
Team Management:
- Hire and develop a team of go-getters
- Resource planning and budgeting
- Provide training to keep the team up-to-date
- Also identifying any external training needs
Planning & Budgeting:
- Develop annual sales budgets, and check for periodic alignment
Collaterals:
- Assist the marketing team in the development of collaterals, ensure that these are all up to date
- Build training material for Channel and internal team on various products
