Founded in 1945, has 16 manufacturing units spread across countries like India, Malaysia, China, Vietnam, South Africa, etc. Our client has made great progress in the last two decades with sales revenue surging from INR 3.04 Bn in 2003-04 to INR 77.4 Bn (USD1.09Bn) in 2019-20. The company has a talent base of over 10,000+ people from 22 different nationalities.

Work Location - Bangalore

Purpose of the role :

- Enable the business to achieve their objectives through the effective use of technology solutions and analytics in Sales.

- Bridge the gap between technology and business need and serve as the strategic interface with assigned business units (Consumer Care India & International) for the purpose of managing of IT application development, testing, deployment, roll-out & support to end-users.

- Key aspect of the role will be to lead, manage and operationalize sales solutions like DMS,SFA, Sales Analytics, Image Recognition etc. The role will be responsible for rollout of DMS, SFA & Sales Analytics to key markets like India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines etc.

Qualification : MBA Preferred

Experience required :

- 8 - 10 years experience in IT / Business. Experience in implementing & Sales Force Automation solutions

- Exposure to other Route to Market solutions like Image Recognition, Trade Promotion & Optimization tools will be beneficial

- Experience in setting up Sales Analytics

- At least 3 years of experience with managing team(s) responsible in strategic planning, business development or client management and working with a broad range of diverse and complicated business units.

Knowledge & skills required:

'- Operational execution excellence

- Ability to manage delivery through partners

- Ability to prioritize projects, discuss and agree with senior stakeholders and deliver business value

- Capable of handling a large set of users

- Strong business acumen to arrive at relevant solutions
