Lead - R&amp;R and FP&amp;A - India's first carrier-neutral cloud infrastructure platfrom Job purpose: The position contributes to the overall success of the organization by effectively managing critical financial tasks for the organization. This includes preparing the budget; conducting financial analysis and forecasting while preparing financial reports; developing and implementing an effective system of accounting; and maintaining accurate accounts within the purview of applicable Accounting Standards. The position also has a responsibility for the proper dissemination of operational and financial results through robust dashboards based performance management systems. Responsibilities: 1. Provide controllership functions in order to ensure finances are managed according to legislation, policies and procedures and ensure that all financial matters are in accordance with ethical accounting practices. 2. Be the lead in ERP implementation of Finance and Account modules. 3. To implement continuous financial audit and control systems to monitor the performance of the business, its flow of funds, the adherence to the budget, the expenditures, the income, the cost of sales, and other budgetary items. 3. To comply with all reporting, accounting, and audit requirements imposed by all applicable accounting-related regulatory bodies in India. 4. Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are appropriate for the users and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. 5. Assist the CEO and CFO to establish guidelines for budget and forecast preparation, and prepare the annual budget in consultation with all business leaders. 6. Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures. 7. Maintain financial records for each project in a manner that facilitates management reports. 8. Ensure that accurate and timely financial statements are prepared in accordance with contract agreements with Investors. 9. Monitor risk management policies and procedures to ensure that organizational risks are minimized. 10. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that all records and financial information is secure and stored in compliance with current legislation. 11. Manage the acquisition of capital assets and ensure that assets are properly recorded, amortized, and disposed of as appropriate. 12. Help to develop and drive performance cycles across the organization. Qualifications &amp; experience: Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 10 years of experience in the Telecom/ IT Sectoris preferred. Hands-on experience in any top ERP Package such as SAP or Oracle Financials is Mandatory. Expertise in IFRS and Ind- AS is a must.
