Head - Asset Management - Change/Transformation - Investment Bank

Our client is a market leading Investment Bank and due to a renewed focus on re-engineering processes and systems to ensure they are world class they are currently looking for a dynamic female experienced operation change professional to ensure successful roll out of any new change initiatives and reporting directly to Department head.

Some of the key responsibilities will include :

- Ability to manage large operation change / transformation projects.

- Be able to work closely with senior global stakeholders offshore / onshore.

- Oversee constraints and deliverable on projects, documentation on business requirements and functional specifications.

- Ensure all project milestones are hit according to set timelines.

To be eligible for this role you will require :

- Qualified degree with atleast 10+ years of experience in capital market / securities operation change delivery experience.

- Decent understanding of global trade life cycle
