Lead - Risk & Technology - Equity Broking Trading Application (5-10 yrs)

Job opportunity for a working professional having at least 5 years of experience in overseeing all technology operations (Software implementation, support and delivery, Networking, and other IT related Infrastructure) and evaluating them according to organization goals.

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:

- Analyzing the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs

- Inspecting the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency

- Identifying the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to management

- Assisting in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts

- Sound knowledge of Institutional broking application Risk management, back office, and middle ware application to fulfil regulatory requirements.

- Responsible for the Omnesys and Greek soft trading platform.

- Managing fix connectivity like Bloomberg, Fidessa, ITG and other aggregators.

- Supervision of Daily BOD/EOD Process Implementation.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in managing trading application for Equity Broking Vertical.

- Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications.

- Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks etc.

- Should be familiar with regulatory applications like Neat, Bolt, RTRMS, NOTIC, OTD etc

- Should be able to maintain system to meet compliance requirements and handle exchange/internal Audit without any NC.

- Experience in controlling information technology budget.

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

- Education - B.E. in computer science, Engineering or relevant field
