- Manage all operational activities of Policy and Risk management for Secured loan product.
- Monitor Portfolio quality including early warning signals , internal rating model, Branch level risk triggers and Loan review management
- Monitor and measure risk through a robust control triggers and policy framework across the PAN India branch network.
- Conduct Risk assessment before New Product and Process launch.
- Investigate and Conduct root cause analysis and provide support to mitigate risk.
- Group Internal Audit planning, Execution and Reporting to Audit Committee.
- Compliance Reporting and Handling regulatory inspection RBI/NHB.
- Ensure that audit assignments are completed in a timely and efficient manner with due diligence.
- Ensure highest standard of compliance by simultaneously handling internal audit and compliance of NBFC.
