Job Description:

- Create templates for capturing, reviewing and monitoring the macro, industry and business risks of various businesses

- Identify risks in the environment emerging from regulation, industry trends, suppliers, competition & customers and develop adequate risk response to establish business

- Responsible for template creation, identifying key risk indicators, risk scales & drive deployment, training across businesses.

- Analysing the risk scores & develop risk matrix for the business

- Ensuring updated risk repository for the organisation

- Building Risk awareness within the organisation by conducting regular workshops and implementing effective risk management framework through enhancing capability of employees.

- Preparing & updating Audit Committee and Corporate Risk Committees of the organisation on key risks

- Prepare quarterly Risk Certificate Report for the audit committees, corporate risk committees and Board of the organisation and different audiences appropriately

Candidate Profile:

- 12-15 years of relevant experience in Risk Management

- Consulting with corporates on implementation of ERM
