Description: Job Title: Lead - Risk Management Location: Gurgaon, Haryana Department: Early Warning System (EWS) About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Risk Management professional to lead the development of risk models, capital adequacy frameworks, and early warning systems for our Corporate Finance portfolio. The role involves driving ICAAP, Stress Testing, and ECL provisioning in line with Basel and RBI norms, leveraging data analytics and advanced modeling techniques. Key Responsibilities: - Lead ICAAP process and maintain compliance with Basel/RBI guidelines. - Build and maintain credit risk models (PD, LGD, EAD) for ECL provisioning. - Develop and manage RAROC and Risk-Based Pricing frameworks. - Perform Stress Testing, portfolio analytics, and early warning signal identification. - Generate insights using SQL, Python, SAS, Power BI and prepare regulatory reports. - Engage with senior management, auditors, and regulators for effective risk governance. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Postgraduate; FRM/CFA preferred. Experience: Minimum 10+ years in risk management within BFSI/NBFC. Technical Skills: SQL, Python, SAS, Power BI. Domain Expertise: Basel/IFRS 9, ICAAP, ECL, RAROC, Stress Testing, Econometrics. Candidate must be current ctc of 40-45 LPA Not open for relocation cases. Soft Skills: Strong analytical ability, executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management.
