Client Details

Our client is a leading internet startup with presence worldwide. With exponential growth in India, they are looking to hire a Lead - Rewards for Pan India. This person will be responsible for setting and managing the entire Rewards strategy for India.

Description

Reporting into the Global C&B Lead, you will work closely with the C&B business leaders to drive the compensation and benefits philosophy for 750+ employees and will be directly responsible for:

- Lead the compensation and benefits portfolio for the India business

- Robust Exercise on internal + external benchmarking to analyse the and collect market leading best practices and work to introduce the same in the organisation

- Be able to devise the Total Rewards Strategy for the organisation in India and represent the same effectively to the Remuneration committee

- Work regularly on cost impact analysis and compensation ratios to evaluate budgeting and accurate payroll input year long

- Work towards competitive tax structures for employees

- Facilitate in completion of annual appraisal and periodic talent management discussions

- Work on designing and cost calculation of executive benefits like RSU's/ E-sops/ STI/ LTI etc.

- Design and implement multiple recognition and wellness programs

Profile

- You will come with strict 7-12 years of overall experience with at least 5 years of specialist experience in compensation & benefits



- Candidates with Full time MBA(HR) from premier B schools will be preferred

- Blend of Rewards experience from consulting + industry is a must

- Candidates from Internet/Online/E-commerce industry will be preferred

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with regional and senior stakeholders is required
