Looking for a highly talented candidate who has strong business acumen with a proven track record in Reverse Logistic Supply chain Management. The role will be responsible for the following areas: - Act as an Interface &amp; facilitator within all the organisations stakeholders, Brands as well as vendors, deliver real savings &amp; maximize the corporate value received from world class reverse logistics. - Reduce cost by improving Returns turn around/Reverse Logistics Operations (For all operations including eComm) - Ensure effective disposition management to maximize the value of returns by means of ensuring reverse logistics happening as per defined SLA. - Work closely with ResQ (Post Sales Service Arm) &amp; Category team to improve vendor relations. - Work closely with Store operations, ResQ &amp; eComm team to develop processes that would save stores time &amp; money - Increase efficiency of RTVs &amp; repairs of the defectives at DCs. - Work with commercial team to measure the P&amp;L impact of Reverse Logistics &amp; publish to all relevant stakeholders. - Responsible for all incoming returns inventory &amp; Slots at DCs - Manage Insurance Claims &amp; Settlements - Liquidation of BER inventory The candidate must possess following expertise &amp; qualifications: - BE / B.Tech - Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics and MBA - Full Time( from reputed college) - Work experience of 10+ years in relevant industry. Preferably worked with Retail set ups of consumer durable. OR worked with Consumer durable organizations like Samsung, LG, Videocon, Panasonic, HP, HCL etc. OR Organizations dealing with buyback or refurbishment of Defective units. - Strong Negotiation Skills - Persuasive-Proficient Interpersonal Skills - Conflict Management, Collaboration &amp; Co-Operation, Change Catalyst - Strong Business Acumen - Leadership skills
