Lead Resource Partner Management
Purpose : The role is responsible to create & manage the resource partners ecosystem to meet the talent needs of the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop and sustain a long-standing relationship with resource partners
- Work with talent acquisition team to identify needs and create candidate pool by leveraging the resource partner ecosystem.
- Research and onboard new resource partners as per diverse talent requirements.
- Establishing standards by which to assess the performance of partners and drive numbers.
- Capture, track and publish all data points and metrics of partner management.
KPI :
- Improvement in the number of resumes & subsequent offers.
- Increase in the number of hires.
- Metrics of the resource partner management.
Previous Experience Required :
- Managed end-to-end lifecycle of resource partner management.
- Worked on leadership hiring/Bulk hiring
- RPO model
- Worked with various functions including Talent Acquisition & Talent Management.
