Lead/Regional Manager - Litigation - SME/MME - BFS (10-15 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Handling Legal cases filed for recovery of dues from delinquent customers of SME and MME before various courts/tribunals.
- Formulating Legal strategy for legal cases to be filed against delinquent customers.
- Attending Court with regard to important legal cases
- Rendering legal advice to business units with regard to their legal queries
- Maintenance of data and timely reporting of legal case handled by the person
- Liaising with Authorities for speedy resolution of cases.
- Co-ordination with lawyers on regular basis
