We are looking for strong Individual Contributors to be a part of recruitment team for a Computer Hardware Company. The company describes itself as a dealer in tracking, marking, and computer printing technologies.

Candidate with 8+ years of experience in IT Recruitment.

Good experience in Hiring for product development teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- You will work as Individual Contributor.

- Liaison with the Hiring Managers in building effective hiring strategy.

- Source right candidates and stay with the hiring manager throughout the Recruiting Life Cycle.

- Ensure Hiring Managers have smooth hiring experience at every stage of Recruiting Life Cycle.

Required Skills:

- Experience in every stage of recruiting life cycle.

- Willingness to continue to work as Individual contributor.

- Experienced in Diversity Hiring, Campus Hiring

- Good Written & Verbal communication skills.
