- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter /Non - Technical recruiter - End to End understanding of recruitment process - Hands-on experience with various interview process (e.g. phone, Skype and F2F) - Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements . - SPOC for clients /accounts - Revenue enabler - Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search) - Interacting with clients for new business opportunities . - After getting requirements from clients allocating requirements to individual recruiters based on nature of skills sets, individual expertise and closely monitoring the hiring status until they are staffed. - Following up with the clients for interviews of candidates submitted. - Following up with candidates, recruiters for onboarding the new Joiners in the company, clients place. - Looking after timely recovery of payment receivables from clients. - Mentor and provide guidance and direction to recruitment team. - Involved into all end to end transition(On-boarding, conversion/release), Invoice &amp; Payment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
