Lead - Recruitment Insights & Metrics - IT (8-12 yrs)

- Work with Leadership Team to establish business talent and recruitment dashboards and recruitment operational performance dashboards.
- Ensure that the Recruitment strategy execution is measured in alignment with Company's goal to create a workforce that come from a diverse range of backgrounds, experiences and perspectives.
- Ensure that all Recruitment success measures for attracting, engaging, assessing and hiring diverse talent to drive business success.
- Build support and buy-in across senior HR and Line Leadership, to ensure that the business and hiring managers play a full role in delivering the strategy
- In partnership with Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing and Recruitment Diversity and Inclusion, identify best in class dashboards to measure ROI of those efforts.
- Partner with the Workforce Analytics team, Recruitment Global Process Owner and People Services leaders to determine connections between Recruitment metrics and insights and other key workforce attributes like compensation, benefits, development, culture, innovation, etc.
- Identify trends in workforce management, acquisition and recruitment via analysis of measures and communicate those trends and any implications/recommendations to management
- Experience working in the recruitment or talent area that has comparability to how success, opportunities and insights are measured.
