Executive Search Lead About the Role : We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic professional to add to the executive search vertical at TopHire (https://tophire.co). You will be responsible for assisting with the development of recruiting strategy and working with top product companies in the country to assess hiring needs and interview candidates for positions at the leadership level. The positions you will be responsible for recruiting include CTOs, CPOs, VP Engineering, Director of Engineering, Head of Product, etc. Responsibilities : - Communicate with clients to get a clear view of their hiring needs and organizational goals - Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills - Knowledge about managing end to end recruitment process at the leadership level - Create unique and robust search strategies to identify and attract the best and brightest talent - Maintain confidentiality of the information and should have good decision-making skills - Work with the Co-Founders directly to define an optimal hiring process for each requirement - Gain market intelligence by talent mapping and performing competitor analysis - Build out talent networks and tap knowledgeable industry sources to develop an on-going pool of candidates - Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates and perform reference checks - Partner with co-founders, hiring managers and other stakeholders to determine final decisions on candidate hiring; make recommendations on appropriate hires - Maintain accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process on the ATS Qualifications : - Min 2+ years of experience in core executive search - Total of 4+ years of experience - Excellent knowledge of recruitments and best practices in the tech industry - Bachelor's degree in any field. - Strong proficiency in written and spoken English - Demonstrate ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables - A desire to work in a rapidly scaling startup - Familiar with different job portals and we well networked on Linkedin About Us TopHire (https://tophire.co) is a recruitment marketplace that makes it fast and easy for top tech companies in India to hire the top 2% of engineers, product managers, data scientists, and designers.
