Lead Recruiter - US Staffing - IT (3-7 yrs)

We are looking for Lead Recruiter (US Staffing - Non IT) for one of our fortune 500 clients.

Shift Timings: IST (7 PM to 4 AM)

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday is Fixed off)

Role & Responsibilities:

- Primary functions include sourcing, researching, networking, screening, evaluating and referring qualified candidates following the sourcing strategy given by SME/TL. In addition the position requires partnering with human resources generalists and hiring managers to drive hiring decisions.

- Develop deep understanding of customer group's organizational structure, processes and ideal candidate profile to lead hiring efforts and pipeline development. Provide input to senior management and hiring managers based on this knowledge to create and drive targeted sourcing strategies.

- Pre-screen and interview candidates utilizing a variety of behavioral and situational questioning to source the best quality resumes matching to the requisitions within the prescribed timelines

- Ensures service measures are met in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA). Ensure all security checks are carried out in line with company policies and procedures, ensuring the risk of fraud is minimized

- To ensure full compliance with the Data Protection Act 1989, subsequent amendment, and all company or departmental policies and procedures (personnel and operational)

- Record the feedback in the prescribed format and submit it for further processing while adhering to process flows

- Serve as an ambassador for Company and their culture to applicants and external sources.

- Provide a robust talent pipeline and hire the best talent for various business units.

- Manage recruitment related projects for various Talent Programs, Employer Branding, University Recruiting and the Intern Program. Identify hiring needs, and recruit qualified candidates using various resources including; university career fairs, strategic internet sourcing, internal applicant tracking system as examples.

- Consult with the human resources generalists and hiring managers to evaluate candidate competencies

- Support various special projects as described above.

- Develop and disseminate best practices in the recruitment processes.

- Assist Team Lead with the administrative tasks of the team.

- To contribute to the team through open and regular communication

- To ensure that all technical equipment issues are reported to your team leader

Requirements and Competencies

- Bachelor's degree in Business (or related), Engineering or Human Resources.

- Prior experience recruiting (staffing agency, campus recruiting, etc)

- Excellent standard or oral and written English with proven communication skills

- Effective analytical and project planning/project management skills. Ability to work with people at all levels of the company and influence the decision process.

- PC literate, with advanced ability in Microsoft Suite of tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Office, etc.).

- 4-8 years of Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or related experience. Previous Human Resources internship experience is applicable. Areas of experience include:
