LEAD RECRUITER

- He/ She would own the Technology /Non IT staffing across multiple businesses and be involved in creating talent strategies to help us hire top technical talent in-house as well as for our clients in India and overseas.

- The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible to build the overall TA strategy for the company and partner with various stakeholders to stabilize and grow these businesses in the complex business environment.

- Responsible for staffing and maintaining effective use of the departmental resources within the operation budget and performance objectives.

- Ensures that staff is maintained at an effective level of training and competence to meet goals and committed schedules.

- Responsible for the development of the annual departmental budget in collaboration with senior management.

- Responsible to play an analytical role where he/ she delivers on-going reports after tracking the results, impacts, and cost-effectiveness of the current recruiting strategies.

- Establish performance indicator of the team and monitor periodically.

- He/ she plays a leading role in the designing and implementation of business-wide recruiting processes, applicant tracking systems, management reporting, and vendor management.

- The candidate must also have executional leadership skills and have demonstrated a passion for change leadership with an ability to transform, inspire, and align a team of recruitment professionals.
