Lead - R&D - Hardware Design - Automotive Electronics

Job Title : Lead - HWD

Department - R&D

- Understand the Customer's work requirement and project deliverables (Project time estimation, quality and commit delivery dates).

- HWD design and development.

- Design electronic circuit and Optimization of component rating based on application requirement.

- Simulate Circuit using P-Spice & Verify against specification.

- Preparation of block diagram, design of power supply, signal conditioning and interface circuits.

- Preparation of part list, design calculations, thermal simulations, and tolerance analysis.

- Preparation of wiring harness to test product, test individual circuit, note down, and check results and prepare test reports.

- DMFEA, Thermal analysis of PCS and power electronics components.

- Participating in Design Reviews with Cross-Functional R&D & Manufacturing Team.

- Meeting the quality Procedure/Standards for Design of Electronic Components (assembly & part Level)

- Preparation of project files as per TS16949,conduct EMI/EMC test at outside

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT(S) :

- B.E - Electronics/Instrumentation/Electronics & Telecommunication

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT(S) :

- 8-10 Years in Automotive Electronics

- Hands of Experience of Electronics Circuit analog & digital, Troubleshooting of electronics circuit, AC/DC power supply, and DC convertor, PSPICE/Lav View

- Knowledge of Application and characteristics of semiconductor components,

- Knowledge of PCB panel, PCB type, Surface Mount Devices, PCB design, EMI/EMC, electronics test and measuring equipments
