Role/ Job Title: Lead-Projects, Operations & Service Delivery Excellence
Function/ Department: Wholesale Banking Operations
Location: BKC Mumbai
Job Purpose:
- Responsible for managing key transformation projects, independently or along with Subject Matter Expert.
- Track progress, Lead from the front, hold relevant teams accountable and ensuring the right outcomes.
- Responsible for implementing Quality controls and monitoring mechanism for Wholesale Branch Operations & Client Servicing| CAD & Lending operations unit.
- Effectively run the governance for weekly reviews & other periodic all-hands meetings with teams within Branch Operations & Client Servicing| CAD & Lending Operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- List the primary deliverables that this individual will have to be responsible for, with a clear focus on keywords that help candidates/recruiter gauge the requirement.
- Responsible for managing key transformation projects, independently or along with Subject Matter Expert. Track progress, Lead from the front, hold relevant teams accountable and ensuring the right outcomes.
- Responsible for implementing Quality controls and monitoring mechanism for Wholesale Branch Operations & Client Servicing| CAD & Lending operations unit.
- Constantly review, improve and manage production measurement tools and standards across teams within unit.
- Support delivery of defined management information reports on time and with accuracy, including dashboards for senior management.
- Effectively run the governance for weekly reviews & other periodic all-hands meetings with teams within Branch Operations & Client Servicing| CAD & Lending Operations.
- Effectively run the governance for KPI review with Head of Branch Operations & Client Servicing| CAD & Lending Operations; monitoring adherence to quality systems, targets across all quadrants i.e. cost, service, risk and people.
- Refine the metrics on an ongoing basis and stabilize the data collection and computing methodologies to minimize input and maximize output.
- Support any other requirement and or analysis by collaborating across other wholesale banking operations units/ business/COO functions.
- Establish transparent and objective metrics to measure the change, i.e. before and after; deliver customer satisfaction, improved efficiency, enhanced controls, etc. Managing and maintaining all the dashboards for unit- projects, costs and savings, hiring, volumes, KPIs, budget etc and providing the details to departments as and when required.
- Effectively run the governance for KPI review with Head of Branch Operations & Client Servicing| CAD & Lending Operations; monitoring adherence to quality systems, targets across all quadrants i.e. cost, service, risk and people.
