Lead Project Manager - Food/Chemical Industry (12-18 yrs)

We have been retained by a Food/ Chemical MNC to recruit a Lead Project Manager for their greenfield project in Nigeria.

Significant KRA's:

- Conceptualizing the project.

- Expertise in coordinating, planning and implementing changes to technology, machinery and equipment, process methodology, direction of quality assurance and control systems & reporting procedures

- Managing all technical & managerial aspects related to the Project and developing reports on performance analysis and improving operation excellence.

- Proven track record of enhancing the production capacity by upgrading process parameters and equipment efficiency

- Develop a detailed project plan and execute Design Standards in line with global food/ chemicals industry standards

- Recommending state of art machinery and technology, to enhance the product quality and customize it as per customer requirement.

- Advising management on Utility capacity, production capacity etc for a smooth plant operations.

- Creating the HSE and Safety standard compliance.

Candidate Qualification & Experience:

- 12-15 years of experience in leading food/ chemical companies.

- Proven Project Management skills both in conceptulization and Execution.

- Should have worked in the Greenfield/ Brown Field Projects related to Food/ Chemical such as food products or additives for thickening, preservation and quality enhancer in baked foods, confectioneries, pastas, soups and sauces, and mayonnaises eg Starch/ Polysachharides.

- Candidates with experience in Modern Manufacturing techniquies & exposure to Lean will be highly preferred.
