Job Description :
- The project management lead will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution and launch of manufacturing set ups focused on production of packaging of packaging products/material across multiple locations in India and abroad.

Our client is a US based Softbank backed company focused on manufacturing packaging products and materials for the FMCG, F&B, healthcare and other segments
Description :
- Lead the entire setup of manufacturing locations aimed at ramping up production in India
- Will be responsible for strategic planning, execution and launch of facilities
- Work with cross functional teams across geographies aimed at maintaining global standards of uniformity across locations
- Lead development of the maintenance or safety procedures, service schedule, or supply of materials required to maintain machines or equipment in the prescribed condition
- Responsible for front ending stakeholder interactions across markets
- Cross Functional team interactions - Product, Legal, Brand, Marketing, Quality, and Compliance
Profile :
- Bachelor degree in Mechatronics / Mechanical / Manufacturing / Process engineering (or equivalent). Masters degree a plus
- PMP Certification is preferred but not mandatory
- Proven experience in CAPEX projects in setting up manufacturing units
- Proven project management experience working with cross functional team across geographies
- Engaged in working on compliance programs, vendor development programs and also government liaison
