Job Description

- Strategic planning for excellence in programs, operations and processes

- Direction and oversight to the program operations at field level, ensuring activities are completed as per plans while providing scaling up the overall program.

Primary Responsibilities

- Provide effective leadership on program operational planning and guidance for sound implementation.

- Ensure that team is motivated and managed for optimal performance and are recognized for their contributions.

- Generating Project Implementation Plans with budget splits and overseeing the effective utilization of budgets, in their respective district/cluster for all the program verticals

Educational and Experience Requirements

- Post graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, rural development planning and management or MBA or MSW

- 8-10 years- of management experience of running large programs, in India and/or internationally ideally in villages

- Substantial experience and knowledge of effective operations management and end-to end project management

- Familiarity with tech and start-up environment preferred

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
