Lead - Project Controls

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop the detailed schedule of the project, monitor, track, and report updates.

- Perform cost forecasting, analysis, and control activities.

- Prepare and disseminate aggregated weekly and monthly reports on cost performance, trends, forecasts, and cost savings.

- Update and maintain project schedules.

- Assist in the development of recommended recovery measures for projects behind schedule and/or over budget.

- Analyze variances in cost and schedule performance against the plan and communicate the reasons for the issuance of variance and proposed mitigation plans.

- Review schedules developed by others and advise project managers as to whether those schedules are logical, complete, and satisfy contract requirements.

- Coordinate the review of Project Risk with management and provide status reporting.

- Creation, monitoring, and control of regional projects master budget and schedules.

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for the timely availability of deliverables.

- Coordinate with the regional projects team for project deliverables, timely availability of daily, weekly reports, MIS reporting.
