Product and Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities :

- Working with the team to define the product strategy and road map for the product lifecycle

- Working with the team to define the product strategy and roadmap

- Working with the team to write the business case for investments and gain internal approval

- Anchoring the product development and utilization

- Manage the product throughout its lifecycle from concept to end-of-life

- Collect, manage and maintain traceability of requirements from all stakeholders across product releases

- Develop the measure for the high uptake of the product and monitor the usage of the product.

- Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples

- Perform product demos to stakeholders

- Refinement of product via additional benefits, capabilities, or features over time

- Developing the core positioning and messaging for the product

- Propose a product marketing plan and budget and then deliver against it

- Develop product and market requirements documents

- Work with internal stakeholders and third parties to assess and establish partnerships

- Budget monitoring and utilization

- Monitor the budget on a monthly, quarterly and annually basis.

Specifications :

Educational Qualification : Master's Degree in Computer Science, Product Design and Engineering or Business Administration

Experience :

- 5-7 Years of proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product launch throughout its lifecycle.

- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.

- Strong technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

Skills :

- Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills

- Additional Requirements : Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
