Lead Product Manager - IOT/HVAC/BMS Solutions (6-8 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Lead the strategy and development of the suite of IoT solutions we are offering to our clients
- Work with the business to develop and execute Go-To-Market strategies for international markets in Asia/ Europe and North America
- Conduct competitive landscaping and identify customer needs to drive new business opportunities and create disruptive experiences
- Conduct market analysis and opportunity assessment for current and future products aimed at maximising revenues and margins
- Present market requirements, trends, competitive landscape, product road-map, pricing and packaging options, cost model, and P&L to the executive team
- Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
Requirements :
- 8-10 years of total work experience and 4-5 years of experience in B2B product space
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from a premier institute
- Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven approach
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams
- Strong time management skills
Good-to-have:
- Prior experience working in a management consulting profile and/or startup
- Sound understanding of HVAC/BMS solutions and IoT
Compensation - Upto 30 Lacs
