Lead Product Manager - IIT/BITS/NIT

We are currently retained by a leading disruptor in the Logistics space for hiring a Lead Product Manager. The role is with a technology based logistics platform, where technology is used to drive supply chain solutions, serving multiple cities in India.

- As Product Manager, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities that strengthen and differentiate the offerings and make it the most preferred platform for the partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define the Product Roadmap and Strategy in alignment with the Business goals.

- Obsessively map the user journey and find creative ways to improve it; making it more delightful and responsive to the user's needs.

- Build consensus across our team, internal stakeholders and with external partners.

- Collaborate with cross functional teams and build products that deliver business value for our customers.

To fit the bill :

- You must be an Engineer from a top engg college with 7+ years experience out of which 4years of Product Management experience at a Tech Product Startup

- Stability is a MUST have along with startup experience for atleast a couple of years.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Demonstrate strong problem solving skills. Should have an ability to dive into data, do customer and market research and come up with insights.
